Are you struggling with an addiction to opiates, including heroin, fentanyl or pain pills? We can help! We offer our patients in-person visits with a provider trained and educated in the treatment of chemical dependency. At Fireweed Health Care, treatment options include Medication-assisted Treatment (MAT) utilizing Suboxone or Sublocade injections, Vivitrol and other pharmacologic options.
Sublocade is a once-monthly injection of extended release buprenorphine. Vivitrol is an opioid-antagonist medication which may help reduce cravings to use alcohol and other drugs including methamphetamine.
We offer referrals for mental health and psychiatric concerns and will assist you in finding primary care services. If you would like to quit smoking, we can also assist you with education, support and Nicotine-replacement Therapy, if desired.
Call anytime – No referral is needed for our addiction and drug treatment services! We can usually see patients the same or next business day. We also offer walk-in hours for addiction patients Monday to Thursday 9 am – 2 pm.
